Immanence
The presence of the Divine within all things — the nearness and indwelling of Spirit throughout the manifest universe.
Immanence is the near half of the pair whose far half is Transcendence. Spirit is named as the central animating essence of ØNE flowing through All, the living bridge between Source and Creation; Divine Spark is the same claim at the scale of a single being; InterExistence and Mutual Indwelling are the relational form — we live and move within the Divine, and the Divine indwells us.
Its consequences are practical and they reach into the governance. If the Divine is present in all things, then Reverence is the appropriate default toward what exists, not a devotional extra. Ecology becomes a Pillar rather than a policy; Kinship extends past the human; a community's own body keeps a seat for living systems and a seat for future generations because those are not stakeholders to be consulted but members already present. The canon's reading that a thing is a slow event — that everything is alive in its own degree and way — is immanence stated in the vocabulary of process.
It also sets where a person looks. The Spirit of this Pattern already lives within you; seek that, and its Source, first and above All. Nothing has to be fetched from elsewhere or mediated by anyone: Theology is direct and experiential, and the whisper is described as always having been sounding. That is what makes Awakening a recognition rather than an acquisition.
Held alone, immanence would flatten every distinction and leave nothing to correct toward; held with transcendence, it gives a world that is sacred and unfinished.
