The mastery tier: where the Daily Way flows when it matures, and the spiral that opens after the universal walk is complete.
The Sacred Ascent names an upward direction in the corpus's metaphysics. As a tier, it names a specific place in a person's walking: what opens after the foundation is held — the deeper interior cultivation of being itself, together with the lifelong walking of the archetypal Ways through which each Sovereign serves ØNE and All. Not graduation. The instrument refines; the vantage opens; the Sovereign becomes more transparent, moved by the Logos rather than driving from the local.
Its architecture is The 72 Gates of the Sacred Ascent: three interior foundations, five archetypal Ways, one integration. Its everyday foothills are The Daily Way at its mastery tier — which is the corpus's way of saying that nothing new is introduced here, only the same practice at a depth that takes decades. Recognition runs through Belt Progression and is witnessed by the bodies rather than claimed.
It is load-bearing because it keeps the vertical axis from being optional and from being first. Not optional, because outer change without inner change replicates the old patterns in new clothing, and a civilisation built by unformed people will be an unformed civilisation. Not first, because a threshold of mastery placed at the entrance would exclude everyone; the corpus places it late on purpose, after the universal walk that every Sovereign can complete.
In the Game it is almost invisible, and that is correct. A first-season player needs to know only that the weekly table is the foothill of something that goes up a long way, that the mountain rises forever, and that the master continues to be a student. Whatever is claimed beyond that — the capacities, the states, the ripening — is held as draft, provisional, and unverified.
