Vibration

The foundational oscillation from which manifestation arises — what a living process is doing.

Vibration is the first term of the canon's native vocabulary for a Reality made of process rather than things. The claim behind it: the universe is not made of things, it is made of livings; everything we are tempted to treat as a fixed noun — a person, a value, an emotion, a community, a stone — is in truth a process, vibrating, flowing, exchanging, becoming. A thing is a slow event. A noun is a snapshot of a verb.

That is the concept's real load, and it is philosophical rather than physical. It underwrites The Living Gradient: if everything is process, then membership in a category is never binary, edges are actually gradients, and the true questions are where something is and which way it is moving. It underwrites the refusal to freeze people into judgments. And it explains why Frequency, Resonance, Coherence, Attunement, and Alignment are the words other pages reach for when they need to describe a living state.

The canon does not claim more than it can carry here. Energy is described as a reality that can be worked with before it is understood, and conceptions of it are held open rather than closed to present science (Current Best Understanding). The Concept Field goes further and marks Vibration and Frequency as undefined-in-practice Root Keys with nothing depending on them.

In play it never appears by name. What appears is its consequence: a Cell that treats a struggling member as someone moving on a gradient rather than as a category of person.
