Capacity
The proven ability to do the thing when the moment comes; why one plays as a Player+.
Capacity belongs to whoever is acting, at any size: one person, a person and their agent together, a Circle, a Cell, a body of Cells. It is not what could be done in principle. It is what was done, under real conditions, when it counted.
It is load-bearing because it names the gain that a Player+ actually makes. A person and their agent have a capacity greater than either one's capability alone — the reach of the second pair of hands, the record that does not forget, the draft ready before the meeting — and that, not novelty, is the whole reason for playing this way. It also names the gain a Cell makes over its members, and a supercell over its Cells: the same word at every scale, which is what lets a body ask honestly what it can carry.
A Player+ builds capacity the slow way: take the lesson, do the practice, meet a real case, and let the gap teach. The recognition of capacity is a belt, and a belt is witnessed rather than awarded — meeting the requirements never confers it. A record shows what you can do; a witness shows that you did it when it mattered.
Knowing the difference keeps a Cell honest when it commits. A commitment is given on capacity, not on capability, and the first number any group should know about itself — kept as a share of made — is the measure of whether its sense of its own capacity is true.
