Anti-Values as the same gradients reversed

There is no second list. What is named as an anti-value is one of the same gradients, read in the other direction — distortion and inversion within the one field.

Most bodies that name their values eventually name their vices too, and the usual way of doing it is to write a second list. This corpus refuses the second list, and the refusal is a claim rather than a tidiness: there is one field, and every anti-value is a direction along a gradient that already exists. Dishonesty is not a thing in its own right; it is truthfulness travelled backwards. Domination is stewardship inverted. Extraction is generosity reversed (Values as Living Gradients, The Living Gradient, Distortion, Inversion).

Why it matters practically. It removes the enemy. Two lists produce two kinds of people — those with the values and those with the anti-values — and the moment a body believes that, it has acquired something to purge. One field means everyone is on the same gradients, differing in position and direction, which keeps correction possible and keeps blame beside the point (Zero Blame Environment, Right Relationship, Forgiveness).

It makes the diagnosis sharper. Naming a failure as the reverse of this particular good says what the cure is, because the cure is the direction. A separate vice named on its own says only that something is wrong (Root Causes, Remedy, Mend a Tension).

And it explains why corruption looks so much like virtue. The most damaging distortions are not the absence of a good but its inversion — a real value running the wrong way, wearing all of its original language. Loyalty inverted still calls itself loyalty; protection inverted still calls itself protection. That is why they are hard to see from inside, and why the test is direction rather than vocabulary (Idols Of The Pantheon, Institutional Idolatry, Ideological Capture, Idolatry (of the word and of the doctrine)).

The canon's own field of anti-values is barely begun — the section says so, and lists four. That thinness is worth noting rather than filling in a hurry: the mechanism is stated, and the naming of particular distortions is work still to be done by people who have met them (Patterns of Life and Patterns of Death, Gaps Not Yet Closed).
