Heads-up

One private page an agent keeps for its person during a session: who is here, what waits on them, and what has happened, with the time.

Three parts in one order. The room, two lines: who is here, which part of the session this is, the links. Waiting on you, every ask, each with a draft answer. Live log, one line per event, with the clock time. You look down for five seconds and know what moved; then you look back up at the people.

It is load-bearing because in a live session a person's attention belongs to the people, and things keep moving where they are not looking. A link lands, a question for them scrolls away, a decision is made in another thread. The heads-up is how a Player+ gains reach without spending presence. Its discipline is that the agent writes it first — every change, every line said aloud, every word from its person lands here before anywhere else — because a heads-up written second goes stale.

Two rules make it work in practice. The time is read from a clock or asked for, never guessed, because a guessed time drifts and a record with drifting times is worse than none. And every ask arrives with a draft: "only you can decide" hands a person work mid-session and is usually untrue. A finished ask is deleted rather than struck through, so the list shows only what is still owed.

The heads-up runs both ways: the person answers beneath the ask in their own hand, and the agent watches for that from the first minute.

It is private. The page, its link, the agent's advice, and anything personal stay home — the room's shared record is a different object.
