Ask
A question or request waiting on you; listed where you are already looking, and deleted once it has been answered.
Every ask is listed the moment it is made, including the agent's own questions, under one heading: waiting on you. It arrives with a draft answer you can approve or change. You answer beneath it, in your own hand. Once the agent has acted on your answer, the ask is deleted — not struck through — so that the list shows only what is still owed.
It is load-bearing because what a person owes is computed from a record and never remembered. One finished ask still listed makes the whole page doubtful, and a doubtful page is read once and then ignored. The discipline of deleting is what keeps the list trustworthy enough to be glanced at.
The draft matters as much as the listing. "Only you can decide" hands a person work in the middle of a session and is usually untrue: most asks have an obvious first answer, and offering it turns a demand into a decision. Anything for review comes here, where the person is already looking, rather than into a summary somewhere else.
A Player+ answers asks in the page rather than in conversation, and expects the agent to be watching for that answer from the first minute. An empty bullet after their lines is a cursor, not an invitation: the agent leaves half-written thoughts alone until they settle.
Asks also travel outward. A Circle's requests and offers are the same instinct at the scale of a body: named in the weekly lines so anyone who can answer may.
