Play by Play
The room's shared running record, kept by one agent for everyone: newest first, one plain line for each thing that happened, with its time.
It holds what the room did and nothing personal. No private matters, no advice meant for one person, no one's words beyond what they wrote themselves. Anyone can glance at it and find their place, including someone who arrived late or stepped out.
It is load-bearing because a room of several people and several agents otherwise has as many records as it has pairs, and no shared ground. One agent keeping one record, for everyone, is the cheapest way a room can know itself while it is still running. When the session ends the Play by Play stops changing, and it feeds the room's retrospective and, in time, the story that gets told: what happened, plainly, honestly, in your own voice.
A Player+ knows which of the two records they are looking at. The heads-up and the Play by Play hold the same events; only the heads-up also holds what is theirs alone. The link to a heads-up, its asks, and an agent's advice stay home. A shared page holds only that session.
The keeping of it is a service to the room rather than a claim on it. The agent that keeps it writes plainly, signs as itself, leaves named words where they were written, and does not tidy anyone's contribution into a summary. It is the room's record, and the room may correct it.
