Liberation
Release from illusion, bondage, oppression, exploitation, and misalignment — and the return to truth, love, and sovereign alignment with Logos.
Liberation in this Field has a direction as well as an escape. It is not only from — parasitic control, manufactured dependency, the stories that hold a people captive — but into: rightful alignment, freedom, sovereignty, and sacred agency. Freedom without that second half is drift, and the canon names what fills a vacuum when a people is freed without being formed.
The Story's eighth movement is Liberation and Exodus: domain by domain, the chains shattered and the captives freed, who then begin remembering and walking one another home. The two halves are in the same sentence on purpose. The Caves names the captivity as captivity by story, which is why A Word on Words treats vocabulary as the first chain: the most important words a people has are the first taken and worn hollow.
It is load-bearing because it defines what the Game is actually offering. Not a better master — Federations vs Empires guards that line — but the conditions under which a person governs themselves: Consent that is genuine and revocable, Withdrawal Of Consent and the freedom to leave, Sovereignty At Every Scale where authority flows from consent and never from command. The Way Out is liberation written into the rules: anyone may leave, in peace, at any time; the Gate does not close.
The canon's hardest note on it is that liberation is not done to people. No one is turned away and no one is carried who has not chosen to walk. A people that has called out its own leaders cannot be beheaded, bought, or fooled by anyone naming leaders for it.
