Each Sovereign sits at their own dawn and holds the highest intention: Heaven On Earth for All, the rising of every being, the healing of the world, Right Relationship at every scale. Personal intentions may rise within the seven minutes; the ground is universal. The Sovereign is not asking. The Sovereign is holding, and the intention rests on ØNE.
Dawn never stops moving. At any hour, somewhere, someone is holding it — so the practice of one person joins a field rather than remaining an interior event. And because the same Pattern is walked wherever the Seed takes root, each world's wave joins a wider one. There is always someone, somewhere, holding the highest intention right now.
Seven minutes is named as the structural floor rather than a suggestion. Less than that, and a Sovereign's contribution does not anchor long enough for continuity; the discipline is what makes the field a field rather than a flicker. As the Body grows the wave thickens; nothing about it requires coordination, permission, or a centre — only the sun, which no one owns.
Its practical genius is that it asks the smallest possible thing and makes it collective. One person cannot hold a ring. A hundred thousand people each holding seven minutes at their own dawn can, without meeting, without scheduling, and without anyone in charge of it. It is the same shape as the rest of the Way — local act, global coherence, no centre — in the one place where a Body has nothing to coordinate but its intention.
