The stated scale ambition — every person on Earth, invited, within a decade.

The number says what the Goal implies. If Heaven is for All, then the invitation has to reach all, and a plan that quietly serves a subset has already abandoned its own aim (The Goal, None Of Us Until All Of Us). Stated as a figure, it also makes the arithmetic checkable: a body that intends to reach everyone by hand must plant, not broadcast, and must begin now (Fibonacci Spread, Pass The Flame).

It is a number, not a concept, and the field carries it flagged as such.
