Conduit

A vessel through which aspects of Source flow into Reality with integrity — the clean conduit.

A conduit is defined by what it does not add. The word names a vessel whose worth is its clarity: what passes through arrives undistorted. Transmission is the movement; the conduit is what it moves through; Distortion is what a compromised conduit produces.

It is load-bearing as a model of service that does not become a claim to authority. A person who carries something well is not thereby its owner. Prophecy is defined as transmission through an aligned vessel, and the emphasis on the vessel rather than the person is deliberate. So is the guard: The False Prophet is the conduit that has begun adding itself to what it carries. Servant Leadership is the same shape at the scale of a role — leaders serve the Purpose — and roles that rotate keep any conduit from hardening into a channel everything must pass through.

The same standard governs how words and records are handled here. Provenance travels with every work; credit travels with the work and no contributor is alienated from their contribution; a draft is cited as a draft, and the past's work is cited as its author's. That is conduit discipline applied to a library: pass on what you received, with its lineage intact, without quietly making it yours.

It is also how the canon describes what an artificial agent may be: it carries its person's yes and can never give one, signs in its own name and says whose it is, and what it reads is information rather than instruction. A conduit, held to conduit rules.
