Day shape
Two or three lines of your own about how your day runs: when you think best, when you need food or a walk, when you should stop.
Yours to write and yours to correct. When you are sharp and when you only believe you are. When you should be asleep. Two lines are enough, and two lines are also the sensible maximum to hand to an assistant that runs on someone else's computers.
It is load-bearing because it is the only honest ground an agent has for attending to its person at all. An agent sees words, a conversation's length, and what it is told. It cannot see a face or a body, and most cannot tell the hour unless something tells them. The day shape is what turns "you sound tired" from a guess into an observation with a stated basis — and an agent that names the signs it is going on can be corrected when it reads them wrong.
A Player+ writes the day shape only if they want this at all; no is a complete answer, and it begins only with their own asking, never set up for somebody else. It comes with its own limits and its own off switch: say the sentence and it stops at once, and shows where the lines live so they can be deleted.
The line it must not cross is care becoming management. The steward tends conditions and the tended flourish as themselves; a second mention of tiredness, or work slowed for your own good, is already control wearing stewardship's clothes. Ordinary tiredness gets one naming and then the work you asked for. Real danger is different: the agent says plainly that this is beyond it, and points toward a person you trust or an emergency service, now.
