The Sacred Codex
The twelve Volumes, and the rule that governs them: each opens at the phase of the walk in which it begins to serve.
The Volumes, in order: I the Experience, II the Story, III the Great Game, IV the Playbook, V Plans and Specifications, VI the Strategy and Plan, VII the Program Delivery Guide, VIII the Lexicon, IX the Book, X the Sacred Ascent, XI the Living Library, XII the Universe Guide. The Codex is the bound spine; the Library is the companion field around it; the wider wiki is the procession both grew out of.
The organising rule is more important than the list. The Volumes do not all open at once. Vol I — The LIØNSBERG Experience opens at the threshold and walks alongside for a lifetime. The Story opens at the Awakening, the Great Game at the Decision, the Playbook when the Circle gathers, Plans and Specifications when structural work begins, the Program Delivery Guide when bodies start delivering at scale, the Lexicon whenever a word's meaning is at stake, Vol IX — The Book of LIØNSBERG for whoever wants the whole as one text, The Sacred Ascent at the embodied mastery threshold, the Living Library as the curated index, and Vol XII — The LIØNSBERG Universe Guide for those who become authors of the next generation.
That rule is load-bearing because a corpus this size is otherwise a wall. Just in time applied to a library is what turns millions of words from an obstacle into a resource: you are never asked to read what your walking does not yet need, and what your walking needs is always named. It is also the reason the Seed exists — the smallest text from which the rest can be regrown, for anyone who has the whole Codex out of reach or simply has an evening.
In the Game almost nobody touches most of it, and that is the design working. A Cell can play a full season on the Little Book and a notebook. The Codex is there for the questions a table eventually asks, in the order it asks them.
