Fractal Commonsing
The conscious practice of the fact that wherever sovereigns freely associate a Commons emerges — at every table, at every scale, each resourced by those who sit there.
Where Commons names the thing shared, Fractal Commonsing names the pattern of its appearing: at a Cell, a neighbourhood, a Community, a locality, a Bioregion, a world, a commons is forged, governed, and nurtured by and for those who sit at that table. The same living form repeats at each scale — resourced by voluntary contribution, governed by its own Field of Agreements, protected by its own Selectively Permeable Membrane, provisioning real capacity, and interexistent with every other commons.
It is load-bearing because it answers the question every decentralized movement eventually founders on: who pays for the shared things? The old answers are a centre that collects and a market that encloses. This one says the first tenth of available flow goes inward to the centre of whatever table you sit at, never extracted by a distant centre — because there is no distant centre. There are ten thousand tables, each building abundance its members could never reach alone.
The capacity it provisions is concrete: energy and clean water, workshops and food forests, learning and healing places, the instruments of making and repairing — held in the commons of each locality, with access for all who belong to it. The faster value circulates within and among these commons, the faster all rise together.
In play, a player meets it twice: once when their Cell realizes The Offering has become a small shared purse with decisions attached, and again at a turning, when a share of that purse travels inward to their Home and the same pattern begins one level up.
