Everything Is Current Best Understanding

Everything below the Goal is the best we can say today — disposable the moment a better way serves the Goal.

The Goal does not change: ØNE, Creator's Intent, Heaven on Earth, for All, forever. Everything beneath it is how, and every how is revisable. That is not modesty for its own sake; it is the working rule that keeps a living thing from hardening into a dead one. The why is invariant. Nothing else here is canonical or final, and a page that calls itself final has made a claim no page is entitled to make.

So each statement carries its status where a reader can see it: what is agreed, what is a draft, what is a proposal, what is ore that has been named but not yet written. A draft is cited as a draft. A proposal is spoken of as a proposal until it has soaked and been accepted. Declarative voice is earned, and it is earned by a decision that was recorded, not by confident phrasing.

The discipline has a second half that is easy to lose: holding everything loosely is not the same as holding nothing. A form is broken only after you can hold it; an objection names a harm, not a preference; lessons are weighted by wisdom and truth rather than by recency, and the last voice in the room does not set the frame. Current best understanding is a posture toward improvement, not a licence to relitigate whatever was decided last week.

When something truer arrives, it arrives as a change with its why and its source, it soaks before it binds, and what is learned by one copy is offered back so the next reader does not have to find it again.
