Story Boards → Manifesto, Budget, Plan
Stories of what was actually done, gathered in one place, turning over time into the three documents a movement usually has to write in advance — and doing it better, because they are made of things that happened.
The sequence is the idea. A Cell finishes a quest and tells it (Share the Stories, Every Story Is A Prophesy). The tellings gather where everyone can see them (The Board, The Record). And the gathered body of them begins, without anyone drafting it, to do three jobs at once.
A manifesto — because what a movement is for is shown more convincingly by a hundred true accounts of what it did than by any statement of principles, and nobody argues with an account of a river that is running clean again (Demonstrate before advocating, Forward-Looking Story, Testimony).
A budget — because the stories carry what things actually cost and what they actually produced, which is the only honest basis for asking anyone for anything (The Offering, Underwriting The New Economy, Meaningful Monthly Contribution).
A plan — because a hundred accounts of what worked, read together, show what to do next more reliably than a forecast does (The Plan, Pull planning, The look-ahead).
Together these drive what the source calls the resourcing and engagement flywheel: stories attract people and resources; people and resources make more quests possible; more quests make more stories (Network Effects, Attraction, not promotion, The Tipping Point Cascade).
The reason to do it this way rather than the usual way is the failure it avoids. A manifesto written first commits a body to language it will have to defend; a budget written first commits it to a shape of work nobody has tested; a plan written first commits it to a world that has not arrived. Built out of what happened, all three stay answerable to reality (Everything Is Current Best Understanding, Prototyping, The load-bearing bets).
Four artefacts are named in the source and none of them exists.

Open: No story board exists, and no format for one. · Nothing says how stories become a budget in practice, which is the step that carries the whole claim. · A movement that funds itself on its best stories will select for tellable work, and nothing guards against that.
