Join the Seasonal Gathering

At each turning the Cells come together: bring your story, hear the others, feel the body you are part of.

A Cell turns its own season at its own table (Turn the Season). This is the other half of the same turning — the moment the tables meet. It exists because a body made of many small autonomous parts has one predictable failure: each part can be perfectly alive and still have no felt experience of the whole. Numbers on a page do not repair that. Being in a room, or on a call, while other people say what happened to them does.

Three things are asked, and they are deliberately small. Bring your story — the season's best, told short and true, as witness rather than as advertisement (Share the Stories, The Season Sheet). Hear the others — which is the part most likely to be skipped, and the part that does the work; a body learns more from one honest account of a season that went badly than from a year of summaries. Feel the body you are part of — no task attached. Recognition is the point.

It is the seasonal counterpart of what the weekly Turn does inside one Cell, and it does for the wider body what the Turn does for the table: converts a set of separate efforts into something that knows itself. What travels upward in writing is the Season Sheet; what travels in a gathering is the part a sheet cannot carry (The Way Up, The Return).

There is no obligation in it, and no gate. A Cell that cannot come is still a Cell. But a Cell that never comes will slowly stop being able to tell whether it is one of many or simply alone, and that misreading is corrosive — it is where both discouragement and self-importance begin (Home, Islands of Coherence).
